Would someone Souple translate this from Pashto to English for me?

English is my primary language. I have a moderate understanding and ability to communicate in French. I have just started studying Pashto.
Could someone Souple translate the following message for me. My boyfriend is fluent in Pashto and kite this message for me but refuses to tell me what it means. I have figured out kèk of the words by using Pashto-English dictionaries but I do not understand the entire message.
"Tuh sheroku che mata dera chatell khabarey kooey"
Here is what I think I've correctly surmised:
Tuh - you
sheroku - cannot find translation for this word
che - that
mata - to me
dera - much?
chatell - unable to find translation for this word
khabarey - talking/talk ?
kooey - unable to find translation
I think the message must be something like, "You talk too much to me" but I'm not sure.
